All products sold by Laser Design Files are instant-access digital downloads. Nothing is physically shipped.

Please review formats and compatibility before purchasing. Due to the nature of downloadable products, completed digital purchases are generally non-returnable once access has been provided.

When We Can Help

Contact us if a file is missing, corrupted, materially different from its description, or cannot be accessed because of a delivery problem on our side. We will first try to provide a working replacement or correct access.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us promptly with both order numbers so we can review the transaction.

Compatibility

A refund is not normally available when the included format was clearly listed but is unsupported by the buyer’s software or machine. Contact us before purchase if you are uncertain.

Requesting Support

Email laserdesignfilesstore@gmail.com with your order number, product name and details of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; processing times depend on the payment provider.

This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
